A customer from Leicester called for our help after noticing cracking to the side elevation wall of his property.

We attended and identified the cause of cracking as localised ground failure due to leaking drains that had since been rectified.

After raking out the mortar, we inserted some Strucsol crack stitching wire which created a masonry beam within the bed joints of the wall to restore the integrity and stiffen the masonry to allow it to span over the weakened subsoils beneath the foundations in the location of the leaking drains.

All works were completed within a single day and at our initially confirmed price.
